Geoff Smith brings more than 20 years of experience in federal and state government, public policy, and operations, with a proven record of advancing strategic priorities across complex political and regulatory landscapes. He most recently served in the Washington, D.C. office for Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt, where he managed the Governor’s federal and international agenda and a broad policy portfolio spanning 16 state agencies.
Geoff previously held leadership roles at the U.S. Department of Transportation, serving as Senior Governmental Affairs Officer and Senior Advisor to the Secretary, where he managed congressional strategy, operations, stakeholder engagement, and external affairs. His experience also includes leading campaign strategy for major national and state races, conducting policy analysis for the U.S. Department of Energy and serving as Congressional Liaison at the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
He began his career on Capitol Hill in the U.S. House of Representatives, where he held legislative roles for multiple members of Congress and worked in the Office of the House Majority Whip. Geoff holds a B.A. in Economics from George Mason University and is based in Washington, D.C.
